Spring wild garlic scene

This gallery includes a variety of my miscellaneous landscape shots, some taken close to home and some from further afield.  The locations closer to my home include Ellesmere and the Llangollen Canal, the old peat works on Whixall Moss, Colemere and Betisfield church yard and Ifton Meadows and Beechfield Dingle (wild garlic scenes) and the gardens at Cholmondley Castle.  Images from further afield include Bass Rock and Tantallon Castle plus a sprinking from the Yorkshire Dales (God's own country!).

Squirrels

Red squirrels are endangered in the UK but are abundant in a few locations (e.g. parts of Yorkshire).  Here you will find a set of images of these amazing colourful creatures 'doing their thing'.

Red squirrels are one of the UK's cutest animals.

I have included some tranquil landscapes that I have captured roaming close to where I live (on the Welsh/Shropshire borders) or further away (e.g. the Yorkshire Dales, Bass Rock etc.).
